Daytime Basic Package -$250./hr
This is a typical photo session that is suitable for homes that can be photographed within one hour and during daytime hours (before 4 PM).
Daytime Premium Package - $425
This is an excellent option for mid-range listings where more care needs to be taken to produce the best result. The biggest difference in this package is that we spend more time preparing the home for each shot and more time editing finished images. Editing could involve replacing cloudy or dull skies, greening up grass, and enhancing structural features. This takes time, but produces a much nicer result and well worth the small additional cost. 1 hour/ maximum 4000sq ft, and must occur during daytime hours. Additional Rush and/or Travel Fees May Apply for distances greater than 25 miles ($25 for 26-50miles)
